Career advice for our future students

13.06.22

Murtupini Centre for Rural and Remote Health Centre has shared important career information with Good Shepherd Catholic College students and families at career information sessions in Mount Isa.

Staff and students, including medical and allied health students currently on placement in Mount Isa, shared insights into their exciting careers and provided details on entrance requirements with students from years 10-12.

Allied Health Senior Academic Lead, Linda Ford, said the careers events were important opportunities for students making decisions on future careers and study.

“We want to help students successfully transition towards a future career path.

“Sometimes this can be very daunting for students and their families as they are making decisions that will  have huge impacts on their lives.

“We encourage schools to contact Murtupini if they would like our team to come to their schools.”
