Choosing a Health Career

Explore your options before you enrol.

James Cook University Open Day, Mount Isa

Are you interested in a health career?

Each year the Centre for Rural and Remote Health hosts a JCU open day showcasing courses on offer at James Cook University (JCU).

The open day is a great opportunity to get the answers to your questions for example “can I study nursing in outback Queensland?" "What does an exercise physiologist do?" "Are there jobs for pharmacists?” - Yes! (Lots, by the way!)

JCU offers campus tours, university experience weeks, entry support programs and the opportunity to talk to current students and graduates.
